Mission Statement
The mission of 31 Institute is to prepare students for rewarding careers in the beauty and wellness industries through spa-modeled and student-centered training. Everyone on our faculty has work experience in the spa, salon, and medical settings. We research and work with top advisors in the spa, salon, and wellness industries to ensure our school reflects the same environment that students will work in, as professionals. At 31 Institute, we strive to provide a realistic setting with our equipment, curriculum, and policies to resemble, as closely as possible, the career setting our students plan to enter. The staff and faculty at 31 Institute are here to support each student and help them successfully meet the challenges that come with being a college student. Although 31 Institute has a high standard of performance, our expectation is to guide you through each step of learning so that, after successfully completing our program, you will not only be well-educated in your field of study, but you will also have all the tools necessary to build a rewarding career.

The mission of 31 Institute is to educate individuals to develop the knowledge and skills that will enable them to achieve their professional goals, improve the productivity of their organizations, and provide leadership and services to their communities. Through this education, we will prepare each student to be employable in the job market.
Our Vision
We envision that all 31 Institute students will complete their training and will be able to demonstrate the skills necessary to obtain employment and succeed in the career they choose. To also be able to contribute to the community as responsible, ethical members.
